Gosh I love potatoes.
Ahem. Anyway. Here’s some potatoes that I made, and here’s the recipe!
- 2 whole russet potatoes (medium sized) (I used 4 small russet potatoes and no red potatoes)
- 2 whole large red potatoes
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
- ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon dried parsley
- ¼ teaspoon dried rosemary
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Rinse the potatoes and dry them off with a paper towel. Slice the potatoes at a slight diagonal. Try to keep the slices at a similar width (1/4 of an inch would be on the thicker side; about 1/8 of an inch is a nice size or even smaller if you like them more crispy) so they cook evenly. Add the potato slices to a large bowl.
And… um… well…….
We ate them all when they came out of the oven so I don’t have any pictures I can’t believe I did this again I’msosorry.
But they were yummy!
RP Servings: I used small potatoes, so only about 3.
Stars: 3.5. This should have gotten a high score, but it needed more salt. The flavors were aaaalmost there…. but then they weren’t. Salt, Pinterest. Get with the salt program. When I make it next time with more salt, it’ll at least be a 4!
