Apple (sliced lengthwise and cored)
Sweetened shredded coconut
Walnuts (Optional. I was going to use peanuts as a substitute, but ended up skipping it.)
Spread peanut butter, coconut, chocolate chips, and nuts on the apple slices. Eat.
Stars: 2 stars. This is extremely underwhelming. I really, really like all of those ingredients, but it's just very "meh." I think it stems from them wanting this to be a sweet snack or even a dessert, but it mostly just tastes like peanut butter with some other textures in it. I mean, it's fine, and it's edible... but I won't be making it again.
