Salt and pepper
Either poke the avocado with a fork, or make shallow slices through it so that the toppings can get through.
Spread hot sauce on top of the avocado.
Then spread lime juice on top of that.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Put half of the cheese on the avocado (making sure to get in the cavity where the stone was) and broil for 2 minutes. Then put the other half of the cheese on top and broil for another 2 minutes.

Stars: This is tricky. When I first made this I immediately told my husband and my brother about it, it was so good. 4 or 5 stars, good. So then I made it again with the other half of the avocado, and... Meh. 3 stars, no more. For some reason, I was not as much of a fan the second time, even though I followed the exact recipe again.
My only suggestions after the second go-round would be to use less hot sauce and more lime juice, and if the cavity is big, don't completely fill it with cheese. The first time I made it I got an enhanced avocado, and the second time I made it I got hot sauce/Parmesan cheese.
For my final rating, I think I'll have to go with a 4. Or a 3. But probably a 4.
