Seedless watermelon, rind removed and cubed
Arrange the watermelon cubes in an even layer on a baking sheet. Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer and freeze until the watermelon is solid, about 2 hours.
RP Servings: No idea- I figured that since it was one ingredient and I didn't have to worry about ratios, I would just throw the amount of watermelon in that I had and not measure it.
Stars: Solid 3. I mean, it wasn't sorbet. But it was frozen watermelon, and it turned out pretty good. It was almost more like a popsicle, but you ate it with a spoon. I would definitely make it again, and it was definitely tasty, but it also definitely wasn't sorbet.
