- butter, softened
- classic basil pesto
- grated mozzarella cheese
- sliced garden tomatoes
Heat your pan on medium heat. Butter one side of each piece of bread, then flip them over and spread pesto over the other sides.
Stars: 4 or 4.5! The pesto was a perfect touch to the delicious caprese flavors. It tasted like a panini you might get at a restaurant, but was so inexpensive. I can see this being a solid lunch staple in my house!
