4 Tbsp. GF chicken boullion powder
4 tsp. parsley
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. celery salt (Optional, it’s great with it, but not a must have)
This bouillon is gluten free - not all of them are so check!!
Mix all the ingredients in an air tight container.
After I took the ingredient photo I found these in the pantry that are closer to ramen style noodles than the ones in the picture. Cook according to package directions.
Put the noodles and however much of the cooking liquid you like into a bowl. Add about 1 heaping tsp of the spice mix and stir. I also added a few drops of Texas Pete's hot sauce because I always do unless I'm really nauseated. Let sit a few minutes for the flavors to meld. Eat!

I AM SO HAPPY! This really tasted like ramen noodles! The texture of the rice noodles isn't as good as the original, but otherwise it's really close. The spice mix is a bit too salty for me, so next time I'll grind celery seeds instead of using celery salt ( use 1/4-1/2 tsp celery seeds for 1 tsp of celery salt) but otherwise... Happy face!!!
