- 1 cup non-fat milk
- ½ cup plain greek yogurt or vanilla greek yogurt
- 6 tsp. (30 grams) JELLO OREO Cookies and Cream Instant Pudding
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract (omit if using vanilla greek yogurt)
- ½ tsp stevia, to taste
- 1 cup ice
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Stars: 2. It is boring and bland and not that healthy, and it has that really gross gritty/powdery texture that some of those bad protein shake powders have. 2/5, did not taste like milkshakes, do not recommend.
