Two sleeves of graham crackers, broken into halves
1/4 cup of smooth peanut butter
12 oz bag of write chocolate chips
12 oz bag of milk chocolate chips
In a glass bowl, combine white chocolate chips and creamy peanut butter. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir and heat an additional 30 seconds. Stir until smooth (if necessary heat an additional 15 seconds).
As a side note- I broke 3 graham crackers while making this, but was able to "glue" them all back together by using the white chocolate/PB mixture and letting it set. You can see one of those crackers in the above picture.
RP Servings: TONS
Stars: Definitely gets 4 stars, this was so good! I was very pleased with how tasty they were for the amount of work (or lack thereof) that went into it, plus how nice they look! I originally thought that the chocolate would make this really heavy and dense, but the light, airy graham crackers are a great vehicle. Something heavier would be much too rich, I think, so it was really nice.
Plus, we get a BONUS RECIPE!!! I had lots of extra melted white chocolate/peanut butter, and I had some whipped cream. On a whim, I decided to mix them together, and OH MY GOSH. SO GOOD. It reminded me of the filling from my Butterfinger pie recipe from a few weeks ago, but it was so much easier. I don't know how to use this to make a full-fledged dessert, but I'm pretty sure I'm going to try. Golly it was good.
