Cooked with 4 ingredients? And peanut butter and chocolate? Yes please! This recipe (it won't make a hidden link so here you go: http://www.gimmesomeoven.com/4-ingredient-peanut-butter-chocolate-chip-cookies-recipe/#_a5y_p=1163108) is super easy and is another one that doesn't make a ton of cookies, which is great when you just have a people in the house.
1 c peanut butter
1 c sugar
1/2 c chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 350.
Mix the first 4 ingredients in a bowl. You could use a mixer but it only takes a minute with a strong spoon - save yourself the cleanup!
When smooth, add the chocolate chips. Eat the dough because it's yummy.
Make 1 tbsp rounds. You can roll them in a separate bowl of sugar if desired (of course we desired!). You can also put a few chips in top - we didn't do that.
The recipe say to bake 6-8 min. Mine took 15. I don't think they were bigger than 1 tbsp - I have a small scoop. But anywho -cook til just brown on the bottom and they've spread some. Don't overcook. Let cool on the cookie sheet 1 min then move to a rack. NOTE: they are SUPER soft and crumbly when hot so move the whole piece of parchment or foil to the rack.
RP Servings: we made 16 cookies. I'd say 6-8 servings
RATING: 5 when hot, 4 when cooled
THESE ARE YUMMY!! We had 6 people try them - universally a 5 when hot (well, one was "a billion" so we rounded down to 5). We had to eat them with a fork when hot though. They set up nicely and are still really tasty when cooled. Half the group liked the extra sugar, half didn't. I think I would not roll them in sugar, I would just sprinkle turbinado sugar on top for a little crunch and sweet.
Basically, make these today!!
