8 c watermelon chunks, frozen
3/4 c light rum
6 tbsp lime juice (2-3 limes)
6 tsp sugar
Blend all ingredients in a blender and serve.
I didn't wait for the watermelon to freeze all the way so ours were cold but not frozen. We didn't need ice though, so they didn't get watered down.
RP Servings: the recipe says 4 but I'd say 3 is realistic, and that's 2 oz of rum per drink which is about right

These are yummy, and we weren't even using local summer melons yet! It would be even better with totally frozen fruit, a the next good watermelon I get I'm putting 8 c aside in the freezer for when we get a hankering for these. I did add a bit more lime to mine - you can easily adjust the sweetness or lime to suit your tastes.
