4 cloves garlic - I crushed them
1 tsp butter
1 tsp olive oil
3/4 c jasmine rice (I used basmati)
1 1/2 c chicken broth
salt and pepper
Italian flat leaf parsley

I liked this a lot; my husband thought it was too garlicky (he gave it a 1, which seems harsh!). The cloves were really big, so I only used 3, but the garlic flavor was still pretty strong. Not too much for my taste, but he wasn't a fan. I'll make this again and use a lot the amount of garlic, which I think he'll like. It's a good, solid side, and a nice addition to our rice rotation.
UPDATE: I had this for lunch the next day and it was really yummy - I think it was a 4 the day after. Still too garlicky for my husband, but I thought it was great!
