NOTE: I made the following modifications:
* a lot less olive
* about twice as much feta
* oil and vinegar with fresh oregano instead of bottled Italian dressing
* pickled garlic instead of raw, and no garlic salt (there is enough salt with the feta and olives already, and garlic salt can have a harsh flavor)
Couldn't be easier - mix all the ingredients in a bowl and let sit 2 hours before serving.
RP Servings: half is about 3-4, so 6-8

I made a few modifications to fit my available ingredients and tastes, and it's good! Not, "Wow, this is so good I want to make it every day!" good, but a salad combination that I'll probably make fairly often for my lunch or to take in the boat.
