3-4lb Whole Chicken
Something to stuff inside the chicken (Apple, Onion, Lemon, Garlic, Carrot, etc. I used a lemon, onion, and garlic.)
2-3 Tbsp Canola Oil
1 Tbsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1-2 Tbsp Fresh Herbs (I used dried rosemary and thyme)
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Chop up herbs, then mix herbs, salt, pepper, and canola oil.
Stars: 5! This was DELICIOUS! The skin was amazing, and the meat was perfect and NOT DRY. It'd be PERFECT to serve to people too, because it's inexpensive, large, and so tasty!
