2 cups of ice cream (softened)
1.5 cups of self-rising flour
If you don't have self-rising flour, you can do as I did and make your own- for every 1 cup of flour, add 1 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp. salt.
Stars: 2. It's just not good. We tried putting a bunch of different toppings on it to see if there was anything we could do to make it better, and we actually did find that syrup made it taste mostly like pancakes. But, it only tasted like that while it was warm- as soon as it cooled off, it was bad again. Maaaybe it would taste slightly better with a different ice cream? But really, I'm not willing to try it.
