This recipe was inspired from here, but then I accidentally stumbled on this right before I made it. I kinda sorta added the spices from the second recipe. Don't be mad.
- 3 chicken breasts butterflied
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove minced garlic (I used the powder)
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- Jar of Marinara sauce
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven 375 degrees. Grease casserole dish with pam. Rub Chicken breast with olive oil and Garlic. Sprinkle oregano, italian seasoning, salt and pepper over chicken. Lay chicken breast in casserole dish. Pour marinara sauce over chicken.
RP Servings: 4-5
Stars: 3.5. This was a pretty good, easy meal! A good staple if you don't have much time, or want to add some protein or something interesting to your regular spaghetti. A simple, non-offensive one for the rotation!
