- 3 cups cherry tomatoes
- 9 mini mozzarella balls
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp coarsely chopped fresh basil leaves
- ¼ tsp Kosher Salt
- ½ tsp black pepper (I used less)
Cut the tomatoes and the mini mozzarella balls in half and place in a small serving bowl.
Stars: It was 4.5 with dried basil, and it would have been 5 with the fresh basil. My husband said that he would eat it every day, and I don't disagree with him one bit!
