1 bunch of asparagus
3 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp pepper
Preheat oven to 425. Trim the tough edges off of the asparagus, then rinse and dry them. Toss asparagus in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange in a single layer on a baking pan.
Stars: 4.5. It's a solid recipe, but has too much pepper.
