4 (4 ounce) fillets swai fish
2 tablespoons margarine/butter
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
Note: I used two fillets, but kept the same volume of ingredients for the sauce. We like to put the extra sauce on rice.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray shallow pan with non-stick spray, and place fish fillets on the pan.
Bake in the preheated oven until fish flakes easily with a fork, 10 to 12 minutes.
And I forgot to take a picture of the cooked fish, because we were hungry. But it looks the same, only... not raw. :)
RP Servings: I made 2, original recipe calls for 4. As I mentioned, we make this with rice, so we like extra sauce.
