- 32 caramel squares, unwrapped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 6 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
Combine caramels and cream in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir until completely smooth; set aside.
RP Servings: Tricky, because they are delicious and you eat a bunch at a time. But, I cut the 8×8 pan into roughly 5×5 slices. I say roughly because the first slices were kinda haphazard since we just wanted to eat it.
Stars: 4! This is one of those perfect pot-luck desserts, because it doesn’t really have anything in it that people can object to, and you really, REALLY don’t want an entire pan of this sitting in your house!
