Quantities depend on your taste, the size and number of your molds, etc!
Cream or milk
NOTE: I also added vanilla extract
Mix cream/milk with sugar and vanilla to taste. Pour into Popsicle molds or cups and freeze for a couple of hours.
Mix some cream/milk with the cold coffee. Pour into the frozen milk. Insert the sticks and freeze at least 8 hours.
I wondered if these were going to be icy and hard… and yes, they’re icy and hard. Basically inedible. We will use them in protein shakes, but as a popsicle, it’s a Pinterest fail.
