Make a piece of foil for each cob. Approximately 12″ x 12″ – depends on the size of your corn, but you want to be able to roll it up a couple of times and fold the ends over.
FOR THE BASIC RECIPE: Pour olive oil on and spread with a brush. Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper to taste. Position the corn near one edge and roll it up. Fold over the ends.

RATING: Method: 5 stars –
I ended up making a “control group” – 1 of each flavor, because I wasn’t sure I had time before dinner to get these cooked! And… DRUM ROLL… the crock pot ones won! The texture is great!
I made 3 flavors: basic, garlic butter, and chili lime. Here’s how we liked them:
Basic – 3 stars from me, 5 stars from my husband.
Garlic Butter – my favorite, 5 stars. 3 from my husband.
Chili Lime – 3 1/2 stars from both of us. It needed more salt, but that’s on me and easily fixed
