- 2 cubes of butter (FYI, a cube of butter is a stick of butter. I had to google this.)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 bag of your favorite chocolate chips
- 2 sleeves saltine crackers
*Note- I cut this recipe down to a bit less than a fourth.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a cookie sheet and cover the bottom with saltine crackers. If you get to the edges you may have to break crackers in half to fill the bottom of the pan.
Stars: 4 or 5! I love desserts so I would give it a 5, but if you’re more of a savory person you’d (obviously) like it less. They were really good. They were very sweet though, so if you’re less of a sweets person I would use dark chocolate chips instead of milk chocolate.
