RP Servings: A lot. There’s a ton of sauce, and it’s pretty rich. I’d say at LEAST 6, and probably 8.

I used about 3/4 tsp of cayenne pepper, and for us, it was plenty spicy. I could probably have been fine with a bit more, but the heat is there and lingers. It DEFINITELY needs more chicken for the amount of sauce. I could probably have tripled my 2 packages of chicken tenderloins and still had a lot of sauce. Next time I’ll use boneless skinless breasts, cubed, and a good bit more. I’d say 4 pounds or so. I was happy with the light cream, too.
This is our best Pinterest dinner recipe so far! My husband had seconds… 🙂
