The chips are perfect when you can still see the chip shape but they stir up. The stirring does the last of the melting without burning the chocolate or making it seize. If it’s not quite melted, repeat in 15 second intervals.

I mean, it’s pretzels and chocolate. So. I’d like to try the peanut butter again, maybe melt some real peanut butter and mix in a little powdered sugar for body. But the little bit of salt and sugar on top was really a nice bite!
