Anyway, 15 minute broccoli!
- 24 ounces broccoli florets (equal to 5 cups)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- Juice of 1 lemon
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray. Place broccoli florets in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet. Add olive oil and garlic; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Gently toss to combine. (Side note- I halved the recipe.)
Stars: 3, yet again based on potential. There was way too much lemon juice and parmesan, but I think that with a smidgen less of both of those, they would have turned out very nicely. The texture was mostly great- maybe just a liiittle bit longer cooking time next time, or just making sure the pieces were a bit more uniform and a bit smaller. Would make again, but with some tweaking!
