1 1/4 cup blanched almond flour (not the same as almond meal)
1/8 tsp. salt (I used fine grind sea salt)
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup freshly grated cheddar cheese (I used extra sharp cheddar and lightly packed it into measuring cup)
1 1/2 T canola oil (I used light olive oil)
1 large egg
Preheat the oven to 350.

RP Servings: Depends on the size of the crackers, but I’d say 4-6.

The good news is that it doesn’t make a ton or use a ton of almond flour (although that stuff isn’t super cheap!), so throwing it away wasn’t the worst crisis ever. But it was so dang disappointing.
