Coconut. Wrap it gently in foil. You know those foil swans that fancy restaurants make for leftovers? You’re basically doing that. You want it to sit on the peel side, either the toppings at the… Well, top. Seal the foil and place near the fire, on the grill, or in a 350-400 degree oven. Cook about 20 min but it depends on the heat of your cooking source.
Remove and open carefully. The peel will be black, the banana soft, and the topping gooey!
