No, really. That’s it! (Since I’m in mid-kitchen renovation, this is a serious bonus for me!) The original recipe says to use grated Parmesano-Reggiano. I absolutely love this parm from Trader Joes as well as the domestic shredded parm from Fresh Market – I like both better than Parmesano-Reggiano (blasphemy, I know!). I think shredded will work fine, too, rather than grated – we’ll see!
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment or use a Silpat.
RP Servings: The way the recipe is written (3 c), it would make 24 crisps. But, as I said, you can make however many you want, even just 2! Genius!
