- 1 ounce of gin
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoon of raspberry simple syrup (recipe and review coming soon!)
- 3-4 ounces of champagne
- 1/2 cup of ice
- Raspberries for garnish (optional)
Add gin, lemon juice, raspberry simple syrup, and ice to a cocktail shaker. Shake, then strain into a champagne flute (or a wine glass… close enough!). Top with champagne, and garnish with raspberries.
Rating: 5 stars! This was absolutely delicious, and perfect as written. The flavors were fantastic and well-balanced. I don’t typically have a bottle of champagne lying around for daily use, but I’m definitely going to keep this one in mind for any future celebratory needs!
