1 med head cauliflower
1 clove garlic, minced or crushed
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp grated parmesan
1 tsp (or to taste) red pepper flakes
I used half a head for this, because it’s just the two of us. How much cauliflower can we eat? (And it’s not nearly as good left over, unfortunately!) Preheat the oven to 350.

Eh, it was okay. The regular roasted cauliflower is a bit better, easier, and faster (just toss cut flowerettes with olive oil, salt and pepper). You can’t really taste the parm, so if you want to get some cheesy flavor, you’ll need more. And the red pepper flakes were kind of a non-event, too. If you can cook the whole head until tender, it probably is really pretty – just plan on a lot longer cooking time than it says!
